INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENT REGISTRATION ON PUPIL PATH
1) Go to http://pupilpath.com and click New User? Signup here! And click Student
2) On the Registration page, enter the following information [As you move from question to
question, the system prompts you about the information you should enter]:
• Type your email address (example aparent@email.com) - this is optional
• Type your name – first, then last
• Click Next
• Choose the school that you attend [ I.S. 025 Adrien Block ]
• Type your 9 digit OSIS (ID) number
• Type your Date of Birth
• Type the Registration code which was listed the letter you received from school
• Click Finish
3) After you register, you will receive an email, which includes a link to activate your account.
Click the link to activate your account. If the link does not work, please copy and paste the
address into the address box on your browser.
4) You will be prompted to choose a new password. You must retype the password and
click Save Changes
5) After registering, you can log into Pupil Path by going to http://pupilpath.com. Under Parent
Login, type your email address, password and choose [ I.S. 025 Adrien Block ] from the list of
schools. Click Sign In
If you have any difficulty signing into Pupil Path, please speak with one of your teachers.

• Type your child’s 9 digit OSIS (ID) number
• Type your child’s Date of Birth
• Type the Registration code which was listed the letter you received from your child’s
school
• Click Finish

If you would like the computer to retain your email and school information, click on the
Remember Me box beneath the school name. Your password will always need to be entered
when you log in.
